Westrich Bay Amenities Design

Overlooking the Okanagan, this luxury development required a unique amenity setting of its own kind. With ~15,000 SF dedicated to an infinity pool, golf simulator, workout room, spa, event space, media and recreation room, this brought another level of luxury living to the market.
CFS- Affordable Housing Renovation Project​

As a building struggling to survive increasing vacancy rates after COVID, the modernization of all 47 units was a challenge to complete both on time and on budget for the non-for-profit organization. Scope of work involved numerous workshopping sessions with stakeholders, sourcing of affordable yet durable materials to replace the existing finishes, guidance and advising on general contractors bids during tendering and staging the spaces through existing furniture/pieces that the organization received from donations. The success of the work came from closing the vacancy gap from 40% to 10%.
Private Resident- Luxury Lofts​

The owner was looking to customize and modernize the finishes and overall layout of his ~1200SF loft located in the heart of downtown. In the end, new finishes were selected for the family and kitchen area, as well a new design fo the entry way into the suite.

In looking to rethink the overall space of this loft, the design proposed several custom millwork pieces to further partition out the larger spaces and re-allocated the existing walk-in-closet to a more accessible location.

This kitchen looked to reimagine a 1974 layout and finishes into one that suits a modern family. Although with a generous ~250SF layout, the width of the countertops, applicances and storage were inefficiently used. The design proposed moving the washing basin/sink to a more desirable location, custom millwork that provided more effective storage solutions, and the selection of finishes that integrated the new with the old.
