This project focused on collaborating with Clark Builders to find an innovative solution to recladding older/failing building envelopes. Leveraging parametric design, the completed project resulted in a unique and undulating facade wrapped around the 12 storey Weber Center.
Canadian Brewhouse- Currents of Windermere ​

A two-storey, ~20,000 SF new restaurant with an exterior patio designed and build in the Currents of Windermere development. Scope of work invovled concept ideation, development and building permit documentation, to contract adminstration of the currently constructed building.

A repositioning/adaptive reuse design looking into revitalizing over 100,000 SF of concourse, podium and exterior plazas to convert them into a combination of retail, amenities, offices and public plaza. The project's goal was to consolidate inefficiently used floor space, create more leasable SF for the client and also offer a more vibrant tenant experience for the current occupants.
